Superbet Group announced the addition of new members to its management team.
Stephen Parry will take on the role as Chief Operations Officer. He will be leading a newly-created hub of operational excellence within the group, including retailing, trading and the business operations. Stephen Parry’s last role was as CEO of William Hill International. He previously served as COO for the William Hill Group. He was previously the Chief Integration officer at Flutter and the Operations leader at the group. Stephen worked in various leadership positions in the telecommunications industry at Vodafone. He held roles such as Customer Service, Business Transformation and Strategy.
Andrei Dusu was appointed Chief Business Developer Officer (CBDO). The Romanian executive will oversee mergers and acquisitions, global expansion, business intelligence, and strategy at Superbet Group. Andrei is the cofounder of Flawless – an AI-powered, real-time business support application. Previously, Andrei served in a variety of leadership positions within the Strategy, Product and Data teams at companies such as Google, McKinsey & Company, and OLX Group.
Glyn Hughes, the new Chief Executive Officer (CFO), of Superbet Group has been announced. He brings a wealth knowledge and experience gained from executive positions in publicly-listed and privately owned companies across a variety of international industries and businesses.
Glyn Hughes previously served as CFO, Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Mothercare PLC. He was also CFO at International Workplace Group PLC. He held various executive positions in Asia with the Jardine-Matheson Group and Dairy Farm Group.
Stephen Parry and Glyn Houghton will be reporting directly to Johnny Hartnett as part of Superbet Group’s central leadership team.
Johnny Hartnett said, “As we embark upon the next phase of our growth journey it is exciting to have experienced and capable leaders such as Stephen, Andrei, Glyn, join the Superbet Management Team.” They will play a key role in executing the Superbet Group’s ambition to expand the business beyond CEE.
Adam Lamentowicz was previously the CEO and Country Manager of Superbet Poland. He has now been named VP for Superbet International. As the head of this newly-created division, Adam Lamentowicz will oversee international operations for the Superbet Brand, with the exception of the Romanian Market. Adam Lamentowicz reports directly to Adam Shaw. Chief Revenue Officer of the group.
