Betsson is the official sponsor for the 26th IHF Women’s World Championship in 2023. The deal was brokered by SPORTFIVE. The tournament, which will be hosted by Sweden, Norway and Denmark from November 29, 2023 to December 17, is sure to be a hit.
The 26th IHF Women’s World Championship 2023 will be a split event. The group stage will take place across all three countries while the final takes place in Herning in Denmark. The 32 national teams competing for the gold medal will be from all over the world.

The women’s handball World Cup will be hosted by Sweden for the first time. Denmark, who hosted the 2015 competition, shares the championship now with Sweden and Norway. Betsson is making its debut in handball sponsorship with this collaboration. It has roots in the Nordics dating back to 1963. As part of this sponsorship, Betsson branding will appear on led screens in the entire arena. Tickets will also be raffled and odds for all matches will be varied.
