BLAST, an esports entertainment company, has begun its formal selection of destinations ahead of a calendar of exciting major esports tournaments in 2024 and beyond.
BLAST, starting in July 2023 will work with interested parties in order to identify suitable locations and partners for a variety exciting events in their global tournament circuits across a variety games in 2024.
BLAST is a proven leader in delivering world class esports events to host cities, local partners and the economy. The tournament organizer has been to a number other iconic locations over the past few years, including London, Copenhagen, Washington, D.C., Sao Paulo, Madrid, and Lisbon, with the aim of uniting local and travelling fans through their shared love of Esports.
2024 is set to be an exciting year for BLAST’s global arena events. There are currently five different hosting opportunities for various events and titles, including BLAST R6, a global circuit that features Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and BLAST R6, the world’s leading tier-one Counter-Strike tournament.

We are now looking to expand our events in leading locations around world. 2024 is going to be a great year for us, and we want to make it the best.
These events will position host cities as tech hubs while also providing wider socioeconomic benefits including educational programmes and festival opportunities, commercial partnerships, and more. We are excited to work with host cities to create engaging esports events for fans while bringing these benefits to their location.
