IESF established Publisher Commission and elected Hussain AlKooheji unanimously as Board member and Executive Chairman
The International Esports Federation proudly announces that Hussain AlKooheji has been appointed as a distinguished board member and executive chairman of the IESF Publishers Commission. AlKooheji’s leadership, achievements and unwavering dedication to the world of eSports are reflected in this appointment.
Vlad Marinscu said, “As the preeminent governing organization of eSports in the world, IESF is instrumental in advancing growth and development on a worldwide scale.” The IESF acknowledges that publishers play a vital role in shaping the eSports scene and face unique challenges. This necessitates a dedicated platform to engage with them. The IESF’s Publishers Commission will offer a framework to address these challenges, and will ensure a collaborative effort for the industry.
The Publishers Commission will concentrate on the following areas.
The Commission aims to encourage open communication and dialogue among game publishers by encouraging the exchange of industry insights, best practices and collective problem solving.
We are working together to develop strategies that will foster the growth of the gaming industry. This will ensure a healthy environment for both publishers and players.
The Commission will examine the key challenges facing game publishers, and identify opportunities for expansion and diversification in the gaming industry.
AlKooheji, as the Vice-President and President of the GCC Esports Federation in addition to the Bahrain Esports Federation has played a key role in promoting the growth of eSports in Bahrain. He also champions the development of local players into regional and international champions. Since the 1980s, his passion for gaming has given him a deep understanding of the industry. His continued dedication to eSports led him to significant milestones in eSports.
