White Hat Gaming, a leading iGaming provider, has successfully rolled-out its market-leading platform with Bally’s Corporation in Ohio (NYSE:BALY), marking the first stage of the operator’s expansion strategy for sportsbooks.
Bally’s, as part of an exclusive B2B partnership, announced earlier this summer, will launch across multiple states, using White Hat Gaming’s PAM. This best-in class software is tested to meet the highest standards, ensuring robust and scalable operations.
PAM includes a CRM marketing solution, a proprietary Cashier, extensive payment options and 24/7 customer service.
White Hat’s innovative and award-winning Traveling Wallet ™ is also included in the PAM. This solution will be used once more state launches have begun. Travelling Wallet ™, a unique feature, allows players to access their same app, account balance, loyalty offers, and bonuses across multiple states. This has been proven to increase player retention, and enhance the experience of any existing out-of-state users.
In the coming months, there are plans to roll out the program in more states across the US.
