AdInMo is a platform for in-game advertising that allows players to enjoy ads in mobile games. Today, AdInMo announced a technology partnership with ZBD. ZBD is a leading fintech firm that rewards developers and gamers instantly in Bitcoin. This groundbreaking partnership allows players to be rewarded in-game for watching immersive video and display ads.
AdInMo’s InGamePlay ads are integrated directly into the gameplay, generating revenue without interrupting gameplay for hundreds of developers and enhancing player experience. Developers and publishers are now able to share In-Game Ad revenue with their players, in the form small amounts of Bitcoin using ZBD’s Bitcoin Lightning Technology. AdInMo’s Rewarded InGamePlay advertisements combine popular reward monetization mechanisms with innovative in-game format to increase player engagement.
Kristan Rivers is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AdInMo. She said: “We are always looking for new ways to innovate, while still delivering on our core purpose of improving player experience. The hybrid monetization model is a popular one, and players love the rewarded ad formats. They also generate excellent revenue for developers. “Combining in-game rewards and brand experiences is a first of its kind.”
“ZBD is well-versed in the gaming ecosystem, and we are excited to collaborate with them on the release of Rewarded InGamePlay’s powerful new format for monetization. Advertisers are more likely to pay attention to and engage with gamers who are happy. “AdInMo is always a win-win situation,” Kristan says.
After integrating ZBD rewards into Square Enix’s Ludo Zenith, ARPDAU increased by 82%. Fumb Games’ Bitcoin Miner saw a 10x increase in day 30 retention. ZBD’s focus can be extended to reward players for their attention during gameplay, instead of breaks, by working with AdInMo. This broadens its approach to support mobile games monetization.
AdInMo’s Developer Community Beta programme already offers the new format to its participants. AdInMo already has a SDK that does not require any additional integration. Developers choose whether to offer Bitcoin rewards and how to share revenue with players. The core experience of the game is not affected: rewards are funded by viewing in-game advertisements.
ZBD’s goal has always been to improve performance in the games industry. We love this industry. “We’re excited to announce our first direct integration into in-game advertisement technology with a partner who shares our values, and provides ads that are unobtrusive. They don’t interrupt players while they play the game,” stated Ben Cousens Chief Strategy Officer of ZBD.”
“The model that rewards players with a portion of the ad revenues is driving phenomenal successes for all of our partner. This is the future for free-to-play engagement. This partnership with AdInMo streamlines the approach by linking rewards into the ads in real time. It is a net-positive disruption to games developers.”
