“Building upon last year’s outstanding Trust Index results was not a small feat. Maintaining such a high Trust Index score in the face of our rapid growth was a challenge. We have been navigating ‘growth challenges’ to our culture and organization since last year. We’ve put in extra effort to maintain our focus on shared values and vision, as well finding strategies to meet our capacity needs. The results are still incredible despite the fact that we have grown our teams and hired many people. This shows the importance of culture, employee engagement, and trust. We are motivated to continue adapting our company culture, maintaining open communication, prioritising employee well-being and focusing on customer success, while implementing scalable business processes.
