The Chase Place will offer exclusive content and games. There will also be a Crack the Code competition that allows consumers to enter for a chance to win The Chase themed prizes.
Gala Bingo, owned by Entain, has launched The Chase Place, an exclusive online hub created in partnership with ITV’s The Chase. This campaign, which will be live on the 1st of July, celebrates Gala Bingo’s long-standing sponsorship of ITV’s flagship game show.
The Chase Place, the landing page on Gala Bingo’s website, will feature exclusive content and games, including bingo, slots, “slingo”, and a new live game. All of these are based on The Chase, one of ITV’s most popular shows. The Chase Place will host a three-week-long blockbuster contest in July that will give gamers the opportunity to win The Chase-themed prizes they can’t buy.
The competition will use a “crack the code” mechanic, where videos of Chasers who are popular will be displayed on a landing page. Users will be asked multiple-choice questions to mimic The Chase. The player must then use the answers they have chosen to create a unique code. If the code is correct, the player can enter the prize draw. Each week, a new set of questions will be uploaded. This gives players the chance to win prizes themed around The Chase.
The first prize is a special studio tour of The Chase with all expenses covered and a meet and greet session with a Chaser. The lucky runner-up will have the chance to bring a Chaser onto their quiz team for the upcoming ‘Gala Bingo x The Chase Ultimate Quiz Night,’ which will take place in Manchester in August. Gala Rewards such as bingo cards and free spins are also available.
Gala Bingo will promote the competition, and its unique prize across multiple platforms including print and digital advertising. The campaign will culminate in a live PR event for the partnership ‘Gala Bingo x The Chase Ultimate quiz Night’. The event is a bookable experience that will take place in Manchester on the 8th.
In August, consumers will have the opportunity to test their knowledge with a Chaser. The prize-winner will have a chaser on their team with Anne Hegerty and Mark Labbett in attendance. Consumers will also be able interact with other Chasers.
