Arthouros has been in the company for nearly six years, and before his promotion last January he had held various positions within the organization. He brought with him a wealth knowledge and passion for excellence which have driven the team consistently to new heights. In the last seven years he has shown exceptional leadership and strategic insight, propelling ProgressPlay’s client relationships and operational efficiency to the forefront. Together with Head of Sales and marketing Marina Nahhas, his deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs has been crucial in creating a culture of customer-centricity and innovation within the team.

Arthouros is the head of account managers at ProgressPlay. He has played a key role in developing and implementing business strategies that increase client satisfaction. He has led ProgressPlay to remain agile and responsive, despite the ever-changing industry landscape.
Arthouros reflected on his seven-year journey at ProgressPlay, saying, “It has been an amazing seven years.” The company’s support and collaboration spirit has been exceptional. “I’m proud of the achievements we have made together and am excited about what the future holds as we continue to lead the iGaming industry and innovate.”

Arthouros is proud of the Account Management department. It currently consists of five people and will continue to grow. Each Account Manager is responsible for around 30 important relationships to ensure a personalised and efficient client management. Marina Nahhas, Arthouros’ mentor, says, “Arthouros leads from the front. He is the type of manager we are looking for.”
Client conversations are centered around CRM as operators seek to differentiate themselves in the market and optimize their lobby. Arthouros says that ProgressPlay is ahead of the market curve and aligned with the market.
Arthouros sees this as a positive, despite the fact that there are sometimes differences of opinion within the team. He considers it to be “another alternative voice in the room.” While ProgressPlay has been very UK-centric with regards to standards and compliance with UKGC but the company is active in other countries and plans further internationalisation through their new standalone product, which allows operators the ability market in any country.
He reveals that exciting developments for ProgressPlay are coming, including the launch in September of a brand new bingo product. Arthouros concluded, “There is a bright future for ProgressPlay and the industry.”
