Improved Registration Processes
Brazil’s regulatory framework is notable for its robust registration process, which is designed to minimize potential risks both for players and operators. The regulation, which is applicable to all new players, requires them to enter their CPF (Brazilian Individual taxpayer registry number) at the time of registration. The system verifies this number to stop users from creating multiple account and also ensures that registrations with accurate personal information are made, reducing fraud risk.
This will prevent underage gambling and protect self-excluded people. It will also shield operators from bonus abuse by allowing multiple accounts.
Stringent KYC Protocols
