What is ZettaOnline’s mission and what are its goals? What makes it unique in the fintech industry?

Fintech is a highly regulated industry that requires strict standards and technical compliance. ZettaOnline focuses on providing innovative, all-encompassing software solutions that help businesses not only meet legal requirements but also integrate them into the fabric of the software. Our mission is providing businesses with the latest technology to help them stay compliant and competitive in a digital world that is constantly changing. Operating in different markets, such as UK, USA and Germany, or South Africa, is both challenging and exciting. We have to adapt and customize our services for each market’s unique and diverse regulatory framework. Our expertise in these regions can be used to deliver global solutions with a local impact. As businesses try to comply with industry standards and data protection laws, partners such as ZettaOnline who offer compliance, data security and data protection will be in high demand.


ZettaOnline provides a wide range of services including software development and technical compliance. It also offers managed IT services. What do you think is the most popular service among your clients?

The highest demand is for technical compliance, particularly in heavily regulated industries. Clients are increasingly looking for customized software solutions which can be easily integrated into their existing systems, while also ensuring compliance to regulatory standards. Businesses must ensure that their systems are compliant with security standards, given the increase in cyber-threats. Our clients value our ability to provide cutting-edge technology and meet compliance requirements. More and more clients seek security for their operations, payments, and data after the COVID-19 Pandemic. We detect and respond using real-time, proprietary data and analysis.


You provide auditing and certification in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and ISO standards. What is the importance of these certifications to your clients and how do they contribute to maintaining trust and security for them?

Our clients need certifications such as PCI-DSS to ensure that their operations meet the highest standards of security and quality. We ensure that we comply with all other requirements arising from financial regulations. This builds trust between the customer and the company, giving the client more trustworthiness, and greater opportunity to grow.


Your cloud hosting solutions are an important part of what you offer. How does ZettaOnline guarantee the security and reliability of these services to your clients?

What strategies implement you as Chief Commercial and marketing Officer to expand ZettaOnline’s market presence and drive growth? We plan to develop a marketing approach that will strengthen and develop relationships with our existing clients. Our topic is to expand our service to new markets through long-term relationships with clients. My personal goal is to maintain the high level of the different brands of the company in the gaming and fintech markets. Our goal is to obtain additional certifications that will confirm our leadership position in the fintech and IT solution markets worldwide.


What is the role of strategic partnerships and collaborations in ZettaOnline’s growth? What are some of the key partnerships you’ve had that have made a significant impact?

ZettaOnline is committed to a growth strategy that includes strategic partnerships. We can expand our services and reach new markets by collaborating with industry leaders. Our partnership with The Betting Coach is a good example. This collaboration will enable us to market our fintech products, increase their visibility and attract new players in the online gaming industry. These partnerships are vital to our expansion and success.

What are ZettaOnline’s future goals and what do you intend to achieve in the next 3 to 5 years?

Our plans always have an eye on the future, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services, as well as expand our global reach, especially in emerging markets. To stay on top of the industry and offer more robust solutions, we plan to invest in AI and machine-learning. Our goal is recognition as a fintech leader, known for innovation, reliability and a client-focused approach.


What was your journey like to become the Chief Commercial and marketing Officer at ZettaOnline? What experiences have shaped the way you approach leadership and strategy today?

I have held different management roles in marketing, strategic planning, business development and other industries. Each one of them has given me more and better added values, which have shaped my ability to lead and drive teams. My personal approach emphasizes team leadership, collaboration, and maintaining a focus on client needs.


What are your thoughts on the most important skills and attributes required to be successful in the fintech sector today?

To be successful in this industry, it is important to quickly adapt to new innovations, have solid technical knowledge, and have a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment. To have strong problem solving abilities, creativity, and a dedication to learning. As the industry changes, we must adapt quickly to new technologies and market dynamics.


What advice would give to professionals who are interested in entering the IT or fintech sector?

To those who are interested in entering the IT and fintech sectors, I would advise them to keep up with the latest trends and innovations. This will give them an advantage and put them in a better position in the future.


What else would you like to tell our audience about ZettaOnline? Are there any upcoming projects that you are especially excited about, or anything else about ZettaOnline you’d like them to know?

I am thrilled to announce that our team is attending five major gaming conferences before 2024. We are proud to showcase our gaming services at these important events, given our passion for the industry. Sigma East Europe is scheduled to take place in Budapest, Hungary, September 2-4, 2020. This is going to be the biggest and most influential gaming event, with significant events and valuable insights. ZettaOnline will attend Sigma Europe in November 2024. We’ll continue our journey with SBC Events in Lisboa from 24-26 September.
