The European Casino Association will hold its 2024 Security and Safety Working Group Meeting in conjunction with Global Table Games & Game Protection Conference GTGC/GGPC at the Hippodrome Casino, London between November 18-20 2024.
This collaboration represents a significant expansion to the ECA’s annual Security and Safety Working Group Meeting, which now covers a wider range of important industry topics.

Guido Berghmans (ECA Board Member, Working group leader, and Director at Casino 2000 Luxembourg) stated that “We are delighted to integrate our ECA Security and Safety Workshop into this conference.” The GTGC/GGPC Euro offers our members a unique opportunity to interact with security experts, and gain insight into the latest developments and innovations in secure casino operations and game protection.
After three years of success in Las Vegas, the GTGC/GGPC is now making its European debut. It was organised by Richard Marcus, a game protection expert. Speakers at the event include:

Richard Marcus, the conference organizer.
Marcus is considered the greatest professional casino cheat in history. He became a casino trainer and consultant, advising clients around the world on how to protect themselves from gambling games. Marcus started his career in Las Vegas as a Blackjack dealer and became famous for his clever cheating techniques. He has dedicated himself to helping casinos improve their game protection and security strategies. Richard Marcus is fluent in French and German. This allows him to better communicate with European audiences.
The conference will discuss current security threats in casinos, and how to detect and prevent fraud at gaming machines and tables. The conference will cover AI in surveillance, facial-recognition technology, and cybersecurity. The conference will also cover other pertinent topics, making it attractive not only to security managers, but to all executives of European casino companies. This event is a great opportunity to network and exchange knowledge with other industry professionals.
