On the 18th September th EveryMatrix made a public recommendation for a cash offer of SEK 59 per share (EUR5.21) with a cash consideration totaling SEK 209,8 million (EUR18.5m).
Fantasma Games AB shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden.
The offer was accepted between September 19 and October 10 , 2024. The bid was contingent on 90% of the shareholders accepting it.
The condition is now met as 95.2% Fantasma Games shareholder have agreed to the transaction.
EveryMatrix, the largest games aggregator in the world via its SlotMatrix platform, has more than 29,000 titles from 350+ studios. It also develops its own games within Armadillo Studios .
The acquisition will strengthen EveryMatrix’s games output, with the addition of many popular slots titles, which are integrated with over 250 operators, including Paddy Power Betsson LeoVegas DraftKings BetMGM, to name a few. These titles are played by millions players in 50 countries.
EveryMatrix, by continuing to invest its money in content and the casino, further enhances its offering for customers by adding a range of premium games that are popular with next-generation players. It also increases its direct contracts, integrations and strengthens one of its most profitable business areas.
Fantasma Games will increase EveryMatrix’s market presence in fast-growing markets like North America, where it already has contracts with tier-1 operators across all licensed iGaming states and has ambitious plans for the future.
