The MGA Group’s Online Division has established the road map for the next three years. Internationalization continues to be the pillar of all actions. It is a strategic partner that supplies localised slots content to online casinos (B2B), as well as to end customers (B2C), through its direct channels GoldenPark or Todoslots.
The company will be operating online casinos in five countries, and will apply for new licenses to expand GoldenPark operations in other European and American countries. This is in line with its strategy. The Spanish company will start operations in Portugal in 2023.
MGA Games will be focusing its efforts on six strategic markets. These include Portugal, Colombia Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Sweden, Sweden and the Netherlands. It will also focus on Spain, which is its main market. This will allow it to continue consolidating its position as the largest online casino operator with 15% of total business volume. It has launched 56 new slots5, slot3, and megaways titles for all these markets. The company will also continue to use its successful product localization formula, as well as the latest AI technology, and provide exceptional customer service.
The division hopes to increase its billing volume in the B2C and B2B areas by 50% each year.
Important appointments
The company made the key decision to redesign its organisational structure in order to achieve the milestones set out in the 2023-25 strategic planning. Victor Sanchez was appointed as the Managing Director of MGA Group’s Online Division and Jose Antonio Giacomelli was named Consejero Delegado.
Jose Antonio Giacomelli has been the General Manager of MGA’s Online Division since 2001. He has worked side-by-side with Joan Sanahuja (CEO of MGA Games) and GoldenPark Online to get the company to where they are today. His expertise and experience have made MGA Group’s Online Division a benchmark in Spain. He has also been instrumental in the company’s internationalization process.
Since 2019, Victor Sanchez has been the Online Division’s B2C Director. His skills and talents have earned him the title of Managing Director for the Online Division at the MGA Group. Sanchez will be responsible to optimize and ensure the competitiveness in each business area.
These appointments reflect the firm commitment of the company to international expansion and a focus on the most regulated markets in gaming.
Additionally, a vehicle for investment has been created within the strategic plan 2023-25 for gaming companies, which will allow them to invest capital in specific projects or companies.
