After a successful showing at G2E in Las Vegas where Quixant showcased its expanded ranges of processors, graphics configurations, and IQ Connect for its QMAX 3 platform, the company is looking forward to continuing their tradition of showcasing groundbreaking technology at ICE. Quixant offers a range of platforms ranging from the cost-effective IQON to the powerful QMAX.
The QMAX 3 is known for its easy maintenance and customisable design. It sets new standards in the gaming hardware industry. The product was launched to the European market at ICE with a new enhanced offering that includes a Celeron processor for budget-conscious projects and Intel Core i5 or i7 processors for higher performance. Customers can also choose between configurations that include or exclude a discrete graphics processor (dGPU), which allows them to customize their graphics capabilities according to the project requirements. The flexibility of the product allows game developers to find the perfect balance between power, performance and budget.
Quixant’s IQ 2 platform, which is returning to ICE due to popular demand, offers powerful and cost-effective performance across a wide range of gaming applications. It’s proving to offer high-quality games at an affordable price.
Quixant’s embedded Software Suite is also highlighted on its booth. This comprehensive toolkit provides game developers with a complete set of tools to optimize the game development process. It simplifies deployment, ensures compliance, and maintains robust security. Quixant’s solutions enable developers to concentrate on creating immersive experiences for players, confident that all technical aspects will be covered.
Quixant will also showcase its newly launched IQ Connect 1, a platform designed for North American route gaming and distributed gaming markets, as well as other markets requiring a JAMMA connecter. It is ideal for cabinets and kiosks that require JAMMA connectors. Equipped with advanced JAMMA extension capabilities, this platform seamlessly integrates flexibility, power, and affordability into one product. The product will elevate gaming experiences for cost-sensitive markets, without sacrificing performance.
Mark Price, SVP Sales & Operations for Nexteq PLC (the parent company of Quixant), shared that “we have always focused on empowering our clients to create unforgettable gaming experiences.” We are excited to help our customers in this new era with our game-changing software, robust supply chains solutions, and embedded Software Suite, which addresses power, security, performance and regulatory compliance. “Our goal is to simplify, accelerate, and make more cost-effective the process of bringing gaming leaders’ visions to life.”
Price added: “ICE-2025 comes at a crucial time for the gaming sector, especially in Latin America. The regional growth opportunities are increasing as Brazil’s legalization of sports betting is set to go into effect in January, and the land-based gambling legislation continues to advance. We are committed to helping our LatAm clients and prospects succeed in these changing markets.
Price said: “To ensure that our customers are ahead of the game in Brazil, as the regulatory landscape evolves, Quixant and Novatrade have partnered to create a secure supply with stocks held in Brazil. This partnership simplifies compliance with regulatory requirements and reduces costs both for Quixant as well as its customers. We can defer import taxes and duties with local operations, a bonded storage facility, and dual stock locations. “Issuing local invoices for Brazilian Reais simplifies the buying process for our customers.”
Michael Minor, SVP Sales & Operations for Nexteq PLC in North America, stated: “Our focus has always been at Quixant to drive innovation in the gaming technology. We equip our global customers with solutions that they need to excel within a highly competitive market. We aim to empower customers with each new product generation to create more memorable gaming experience, supported by technology that’s as powerful as it is adaptable. “With the introduction of new solutions such as the enhanced QMAX 3 and IQ Connect 1 we are positioned in a way to provide our global partners the flexibility and technology they need to be successful in this dynamic environment.”
Minor added: “We’re thrilled to bring IQ Connect 1 back to ICE. This will give industry professionals a second chance to see how this innovative platform compliments our product range. This product is a game-changer for the North American marketplace. We have created a platform with a high-performance compact design and advanced JAMMA features that is unique in its power, versatility and cost-effectiveness.
