Today, ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), a leading esports company and videogame entertainment company, announced that they will be expanding their partnership.
EFG’s brands have been working with Acer for many years to promote and foster esports and grow the global community. The brands were exposed to a lot of people at events such as Intel(r) Extreme Masters, ESL One and DreamLeague.
Acer’s gaming brand Predator will become the exclusive OEM partner for many of EFG’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive competitions (CS:GO), as well as EFG’s Dota 2 competitions including the complete ESL Pro Tour for Dota 2. This collaboration includes:
- The Intel(r), Extreme Masters (IEM), Season 18, includes events in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, Dallas, Texas, USA, and Cologne, Germany; along with IEM Fall 2023.
- The ESL Challenger competitions will be held at the DreamHack Festivals in Europe, North America and Oceania.
- The online DreamLeagueSeason 19 & Season 20.
- ESL One competitions, including the ESL One Dota 2 Major, Berlin, Germany, 2023.
EFG and Acer will create activations together during the online broadcasts, in-person events and on-site events. These activations will showcase the next generation gaming fueled Intel(r), including Predator Helios 16, Predator Helios 18 and Predator Helios 300 SpatialLabs editions, as well as the new Predator Helios Neo 16 gaming notebooks.
