Paf, a Nordic gaming company, has chosen to reduce the mandatory loss limit. Paf will also introduce a new loss limit to young people between 18 and 19. These measures will cost approximately 7 million euros each year.
Paf will lower the annual mandatory loss limit to 20,000 euros from 17,500 euros. This means that customers cannot lose more than the maximum limit on Paf’s online games. This loss limit will be applicable to all Paf gaming sites and game categories.
“Paf has made its largest investment ever in responsible gaming. Christer Fahlstedt CEO, says that we are changing a few limits. The overall impact of our actions will make a difference in our numbers as well as customer segments.
An investment of EUR7 million
The new annual loss limit, which is 17,500 Euros (190,000. SEK), will be implemented and taken effect in the early summer. These measures, along with other important actions, are expected to cost approximately 7 million euros.

Paf will reduce the loss limit for its youngest customers from 10,000 euros to 1,800 euro per year. This is an 82% decrease. All customers 18-19 are eligible for the reduction.
