We say no to sexual harassment: Betcris, the leader in the sports betting industry, has launched an internal campaign to combat sexual harassment. They are committed to preventing sexual harassment, discouraging it, and sanctioning it. They also strive to create a workplace culture that makes everyone feel safe and respected.
Wendy Bermudez is the Corporate Director of Human Talent for Betcris. She says, “At Betcris we believe cultural change is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to preventing sexual harassment in our company, dissuading it, and punishing those who do. We aim to create an environment that is respectful, safe and free of harassment, where all employees can grow professionally. We hope all of our employees will support the ‘We Say NO to Sexual Harassment” campaign.
The campaign is directed at all Betcris employees and aims to increase awareness about the harmful effects of sexual harassment at work. The company recognizes that sexual harassing is an inappropriate, lascivious and unwanted behavior that can humiliate, offend, intimidate, and threaten the health, integrity and dignity of all employees.

Betcris encourages employees with concerns or questions about sexual harassment to contact the Human Talent Team.
Betcris also created a Sticker which can be used in Teams profiles as an Icon to support the Campaign. The company also stressed that sexual harassment is a problem for both men and woman, and that anyone can be guilty of it, regardless of the circumstances.
Betcris reaffirms its commitment to creating an environment that is respectful, safe and free of sexual harassment. It encourages all employees to take part in the campaign by saying “NO to Sexual Harassment.”
