Great Place to Work, a global authority in workplace culture, has named the Gambling Commission as one of Britain’s top employers.
The Commission was commended on a number of fronts, including its adoption of a hybrid approach to working, while utilizing new technologies, events, and digital communities in order to bring together staff.
The company was also praised on the way that it used data and insights to work on its internal programs and initiatives. These play an important role in educating colleagues about key issues affecting gambling.

Great Place to Work evaluated hundreds of employee surveys and Culture Audits submitted by leaders of each company to produce the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces List.
The data was used to compare the employee experience of the companies with the value propositions they offer.
