The Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) has granted Pariplay(r), a B2B license to continue operating in Sweden after the new regulations are implemented.
Companies must have a gaming software license to distribute content in the country.
The five-year license will allow Pariplay (r) to continue providing Swedish players with titles and content from its 150+ suppliers portfolio, including its own studio Wizard Games, exclusive games from Ignite (r) and market-leading and localised third party content via Fusion(r), their cutting-edge aggregation system.
This move will allow the provider to continue strengthening its position in the country where it currently has live connections with some of largest operators in that region.
Pariplay’s(r) commitment to strengthening its position as the world’s leading aggregator of regulated markets is evident in this licence acquisition. Pariplay’s Fusion(r), which includes over 14,000 titles across all product verticals and is now available in Sweden, will also provide operators with back-office conversion tools that have been proven to increase player value.
Adrian Bailey (r), Managing Director of Pariplay , said: Sweden is a major market for Pariplay(r), and we are thrilled to have received our B2B license to continue operating in the country when the new regulations start.
We’re committed in continuing to be the leading aggregator on regulated markets and look forward to entertaining our Swedish players many years into the future.
Bogdan Barcacaru, Head Compliance at Pariplay said: “Our commitment to regulated markets are extremely important. We’re grateful to the Spelinspektionen that they granted us a license which will allow us continue to operate in Sweden.
We’re excited about continuing to grow in the market, and strengthening our foothold in Sweden as well as in Europe.
