Gonzalo de Osma Buchero, a senior international finance expert with extensive gaming experience has been named Chief Financial Officer of EveryMatrix.
Gonzalo will oversee the performance of EveryMatrix Group across all business units and be responsible for its finance and legal team.
He has a 16-year stellar career in land-based and internet operators, including Codere.
Gonzalo has achieved a number of important business and finance projects during his almost 20 years at Codere. The list includes managing a large finance team for a 90-land-based casino, a racetrack and the biggest expo centre in LatAm; securing Codere’s largest loan in Mexico in order to strengthen the company’s future; guiding retail and online businesses during the Pandemic and signing a SPAC deal that resulted in the online business being listed on NASDAQ in the United States.
EveryMatrix’s new CFO will spend his time in Malta, where the legal and compliance team of EveryMatrix is located, and Bucharest (România), where the finance and company headquarters are located.
