ProgressPlay revealed that its new technology stack contains the latest tools and automation for Responsible Gambling. ProgressPlay developed its own proprietary Responsible Gambling Software in an innovation project. The project culminated with the February platform launch, and was shortlisted by the EGR Awards for their inaugural Safer Gambling Category. The Responsible Gambling Software at the core of the platform, which was launched and written in 2022, has been tested for several months.
Recent investments by ProgressPlay in proprietary technology have enabled greater automation and robust procedures for Responsible Gambling. This has put the company on the leading edge of companies that provide the safest experience to players. ProgressPlay re-thought its Responsible Gambling strategy as part of the rebuild. It created an AI-driven proprietary approach for interaction with players that recognises them in real time and scores them according to a variety of criteria.
This technology was recognized by EGR’s judging panel. It has also been enhanced by the creation of an in-house Responsible Gambling Team who are responsible for service levels available. They cover a variety of factors, including KYC and player activity.
The new platform, launched at ICE2023, is enabled by ProgressPlay proprietary flow that includes interaction funnels and onboarding, retention, attrition reduction, lifetime value, as well as other KPIs. Their large casino cluster has now full access.
The company restructured internally last year to create a multidisciplinary Responsible Gambling Team. This team was comprised of a talented group of top executives, as well as a “Responsible Gambling Monitoring Committee”, which will help guide the development of Responsible Gambling within the company. Progress Learn, an innovative platform, is also being used to promote knowledge and skills about Responsible Gambling throughout the company.
From the first interaction with the client, all data is collected in order to categorise their risk level. This is followed by a real-time evaluation of his activity to ensure that he remains in good health. After identification, the Responsible Gaming Team will send a personalised communication to the client. They will then review, evaluate and decide on any action that is necessary.
Progress Learn is a digital resource that can be accessed 24/7 by all employees. Its goal is to ensure that Responsible Gaming culture becomes second nature for every employee. This resource will constantly be updated with new policies, guidelines, videos and webinars.
With a new platform that features a slick, intuitive AI-driven UI/UX, operators and casinos can now benefit from a platform, game aggregator, and extensive value-added service, including white-labeling, turnkey, and a brand new service, Licensee Services, based on this new technology. These enhanced services cover all of the needs of casino operators, as recognized by EGR in its shortlistings in multiple categories.
Over 150 online casinos have already partnered with ProgressPlay in order to bring their sports betting and casino platforms to life. These brands are now being migrated over to the new stack.
