Tornado Games’ senior management team has been strengthened with the appointment by industry veteran Julia Weygandt to Chief Operations Officer.
Weygandt is a veteran of the gambling industry, having started her career as a trainee in 2005 with the German Gauselmann Group before moving up to executive assistant. She moved on to the Schmidt Gruppe, before moving into the online gambling sector with GAMOMAT.
She was previously the Head of Business Development at Red Rhino Limited.
Weygandt, as Chief Operations Officer (COO), has the responsibility of taking the studio from a start-up into a rising star. This includes building the team, developing effective strategies and growth plan, assessing and fine tuning internal processes, and leading the company to new jurisdictions.
