Could you provide us with an overview of AretoNet’s business model and gaming background prior to Betintel.ai’s launch?
AretoNet, a gaming focused organization, is led by founders who have extensive experience in B2B and B2C roles spanning operations and product development. Our initial launch was to address the issue that the gaming industry faces when trying to understand their data. Our initial product started out as a tool for lead tracking and nurturing, but soon evolved to include CRM and player engagement. Since the launch of our MVP in 2019, we’ve been actively collecting feedback from industry stakeholders and pain points to ensure that our product is based upon industry requirements. There are many verticals in the gaming industry, including casino, sportsbook and lottery. However, we have focused on retention strategies which can vary.
In order to address the above issue, we launched the first version of our BI tool in 2012. It provided users with a method of slicing and dicing data, and viewing information from various perspectives. We currently have 140 static reports that are specific to gaming, but we know each user will have their own questions and unique ideas.
AretoNet believes that humans need a certain level of control and understanding to be successful in business, even though AI and automation are helpful. We are putting more effort into our BI tool, which led us to create Betfinal.ai. This tool helps businesses understand their customers better, as well as financial KPIs and acquisition sources. It also answers any questions about data. We are eager to improve and innovate our products in order to meet the changing needs of the gaming sector.
Gaming industry adoption of new technologies is increasing daily. What are the key factors that operators should consider when evaluating if a new provider of technology is a good fit?
AI was a major driver in the past for users to purchase any product. Other technologies, such as metaverse, web3, crypto and others, also tend to influence the opinions of users when evaluating products. It’s important to remember that user opinions can be influenced more by media and the masses than by their own problems. Businesses must consider their own problems before evaluating potential technology partners.
A provider’s future vision and focus is another important factor. When working with a partner in technology, it is necessary to integrate systems. This requires a large investment and long-term cooperation. Businesses must not only consider their current needs, but also the future in order to make sure that the technology provider is able to meet them.
Remember that technology providers should be judged on the basis of their ability to solve specific business problems, not just by adopting new technologies. Businesses can solve current problems and set themselves up for success long-term by carefully selecting the right technology partners.

Can the platform track specific types of player behavior?
Betinel.ai can track data natively and present it to business users, such as player behavior. The system is able to track and support a variety of aspects, including wagering, product preference, acquisition channels and bonusing. We know that each operator may have unique requirements, and require certain data to be tracked.
We are dedicated to offering a solution that is customizable and meets the needs of our customers. We can add any other data that operators need to track and make available to our system. We can tailor our solution according to the specific needs of each customer.
Is it difficult to build a system with so many different aspects?
It’s a natural evolution. The problems that a product was initially designed to solve can evolve and change over time.
In the same vein, it is possible that the product will need to be updated to keep up with the evolving needs of the market. Our first CRM product was a multichannel one with segmentation features. Our comprehensive product now includes features such as automation, CRM, content, and BI. In reality, the more a system is used, the harder it is to maintain and stay up-to-date with industry standards. There are many parts of the system which require constant improvement to ensure that our customers’ success.
We are constantly looking for new ways to meet the needs of the gaming industry and align them with our mission. Data accessibility and the ability of business users to get direct answers to questions without needing technical expertise are essential for any business process. This is where we are focusing our efforts.
What do you think will be the future of this system? What do you believe the industry could improve on?
Our roadmap will take Betintel.ai into new territory, but our core principle will remain unchanged. Business users want to be able to use their data for efficiency and growth. It is difficult to predict the future, especially with the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence. In the near future, our mission for Betfinal.ai is to focus on data discovery. We want to give business users the ability to easily query and understand their data.
