Garton’s new role at Kwalee will see him build a more robust learning and developmental function to empower Kwalee employees to advance their careers and innovate. Garton, who has over 25 years experience in the human resources field, has worked for European, Indian, and American owned businesses. He was often part of regional and global teams. He began his career in the IT industry, where he managed IT operations and infrastructure technologies. Garton is not a developer or coder, but his understanding of technology and ability to use it has given him a unique perspective on human resource strategies within the tech industry.
