Innovative Technology (ITL), is pleased to welcome Dejan Bogicevic as Technical Sales Manager. Dejan joined the company in early June. Dejan will be providing sales and technical support for ITL customers in the Balkans.
Sasha Kragulj said that she was delighted to welcome Dejan as a new official employee of ITL. “I’ve known Dejan since 2008. I am therefore absolutely thrilled to welcome him to ITL.” He will be focusing on increasing and maintaining our customer base in both retail and gaming across the entire Balkan region, including Bulgaria, Romania and Bosnia and Hercegovina. Montenegro, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. Dejan has a long-standing relationship that means he already has a great product knowledge and strong connections with our customers.
Dejan’s recent appointment was a great honor for him. He said: “I always felt like ITL was a family, so I’m thrilled to officially join the team. I will use my technical expertise to provide support to customers, facilitate operator training and presentations, attend global exhibitions, and develop a strategy to promote our products in the Balkan Market. ITL products are trusted by customers and I am looking forward to working with the design teams to continue to provide products that fit perfectly.
Sasha concluded by saying, “Dejan has extensive technical knowledge and a solid background of electronics.” Dejan’s experience with ITL products and his past work with major customers will benefit him as he continues to build strong customer relationships and strive to improve our market position.
