The Top Employers Institute certification program is highly regarded and awarded only to organizations that have performed well in the Comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey.
The Top Employers Institute conducts a rigorous and thorough assessment to determine whether the award is granted. This includes 20 topics covering People Strategy, Work Environments, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Equity & Inclusion. It takes 6-8 weeks to complete the 350-question survey online on HR best practices. Then, the Top Employers Institute conducts an 8-hour live session where the company must uphold its answers and provide live proof and explanations about its HR practices.

All Betsson Group HR processes are created in the HR Centre of Excellence in Malta. This is in collaboration with HR leaders around the globe.
