The Unit, which is a leader in the nearshore development of products and marketing for sports gambling and igaming enters a strategic partnership with Red Knot Communications. They are the experts in PR and communication in sports betting, general sports, and igaming.
This partnership will enable both companies to align strategies and expertise in several areas, including PR, communications, branding and PPC, SEO and paid social. It also includes martech solutions. Red Knot will add its deep media and PR expertise to the Unit’s full-service marketing, especially in areas such as North America, Canada, and Latin America.
Red Knot, founded in 2020, is a global company that operates at the intersection of sport, betting, and gaming. It has offices in the US and UK as well as in Latin America and the UAE. Red Knot works with major media outlets, and has amplified a diverse portfolio of start-up sports such as Major League Pickleball or Major League Cricket. Red Knot works with gaming and sports betting companies like 1 , Angstrom Sports, PlayStar and PlayStar. They also work with affiliate giants such as Spotlight Sports Group, Playmaker Capital and Spotlight Sports Group.
Mark O’Hare’s responsibilities have been expanded as Head of Business Development for both Red Knot & The Unit in the first stage of this strategic alliance.
Mark has extensive experience in the gaming and betting industry. Since joining The Unit, he’s lived and worked in Ireland, France, and the US. Mark is responsible for managing several important client accounts at The Unit. He assists with SEO and PPC strategies and executions for clients such as Pala Interactive, NorthStar Bets, VIP Casino, LulaBet, PalaceBet, Monkey Knife Fight, PlayStar Casino, BetRegal, Slotbox, and VIP Casino, all in Canada.
