Riot Games announced a partnership agreement with the Spanish regional government Junta de Andalucia to develop VALORANT Champs 2023.
The Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the Government will therefore promote Andalucia at the end of the season VALORANT. Andalucia is a great destination for tourists from around the globe, with provinces like Malaga, Granada, and Sevilla.
The territory is home to the Spanish esports organization Giants Gaming, who compete in VALORANT Champions Tour EMEA. They will also be competing at VALORANT Champions 20,23 which takes place between August 6 and 26.
The tourism brand Andalucia, as the partner of VALORANT Champions will be integrated in the English broadcast feed throughout the event.

This event will enable us to promote Andalucia’s diversity and attractions to a young international audience at a scale never before seen. “Our new presence in esports, will help capture the attention of a modern, young, and technology-active audience, by using channels that generate interest among Generation Z, in order to establish an authentic relationship with potential tourists on the short and medium terms,” Arturo Bernal, the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport of Regional Government of Andalusia, stated.

Andalucia, with its many cities, beaches, villages and mountain ranges as well as a vibrant music scene, is a great destination for esports enthusiasts across the continent who will want to relax after the conclusion of VALORANT Champions.
