The ability to integrate products from a single company is given the lowest priority. The importance of licensing and certifications in regulated markets has also increased. In 2022, 47% of respondents rated this indicator as important.
The respondents listed the following Top 3 emotional factors that influence their choice of supplier:

- Communication with Account Managers is simple and fast.
