The ability to integrate products from the same manufacturer is given the lowest priority. The importance of licensing and certifications in regulated markets has also increased. In 2022, 47% of respondents rated this indicator as important.
The respondents highlighted three emotional factors that influence their choice of supplier:

- Reliable and long-term partner
- Communication with Account Managers is simple and fast.
