The shortlist for TIGA UK Games Education Awards has been announced by TIGA.
These awards recognize outstanding students, educators and best practices.
The winners will be announced at a virtual ceremony that will take place on Friday, September 29, th in 2023. A special award will also be announced during the program.
Creative Assembly, which is behind the Total War franchise and the new FPS game Hyenas will be the main sponsor of the TIGA UK Games Education Awards in 2023. Creative Assembly, a multi award-winning company for its education work uses the skills and passions 850 employees have to reach out to students around the world.
Lockwood Publishing, a bronze sponsor, and Gold sponsor Sumo Group – a family of award-winning international game development studios – are also supporting the Awards.

The Passage is TIGA’s charity partner for Games Education Awards in 2023. The Passage envisions a society in which street homelessness is no longer a problem and everyone has a home. The Passage was founded in 1980 and offers a variety of services that help people who are homeless or at risk to become homeless. The Passage, guided by Vincentian values and a range of services to help their clients prevent or end homelessness permanently, offers resources and solutions. The charity operates a modern Resource Centre, which helps people find employment, benefits, and stable housing. It also runs four residential projects and outreach and health services, and offers homelessness prevention programmes.
