Soft2Bet’s groundbreaking partnership with SiGMA brought SiGMA Balkans & CIS for the very first time to Cyprus on September 04-07 2023. The event took place at City of Dreams Mediterranean – Europe’s premier integrated resort, where a luxury hotel meets a majestic casino as well as a grand destination for holidays.
Soft2Bet was the star of SiGMA Balkans & CIS. It won the Platform Provider category at the BALKANS/CIS Gaming Awards. The event featured several notable speakers, and its state-of the-art gamification technologies were displayed at its stand. SoftBet also hosted a party at City of Dreams Mediterranean on September 5 to celebrate its 7th anniversary. The event was attended by over 400 guests.
SiGMA Awards: A night to celebrate
The awards ceremony was held on the 4th of September. The BALKANS/CIS Gaming Awards Night celebrated the top achievements of the iGaming Industry and set the mood for the next days. Soft2Bet was awarded the Platform Provider of the year category.
Soft2Bet Gala Dinner: A celebration for the shared success
Soft2Bet held an exclusive Gala Dinner Party at City of Dreams Mediterranean on September 5, gathering its partners in celebration of the 7th Anniversary of the company and their shared success. Soft2Bet invited 400+ partners to an exclusive event in order to enjoy performances by celebrities and to have fun.

SiGMA Conference: Roundtable panel discussions with Soft2Bet experts
Soft2Bet speakers took part in a number of panels at the event. David Yatom Hay General Attorney, and Lisa Isaksson Head Regulatory and Compliance discussed responsible gambling laws at the “Responsible gaming regulation: A global perspective.”
This makes it easier for companies to meet regulatory requirements and build products that are consistent across jurisdictions. Lisa said that it eases the burden for development teams to enter new jurisdictions, as well as operational teams who have to learn new procedures.
In the panel “Player retention in an age of free-to-play: challenges and opportunities”, Yoel Zukerberg,Soft2Bet CPO, discussed the challenges and possibilities for player retention. Free-to-play is important to our market but gamification is also crucial. This is where growth and retention will be. “That’s innovation”, said Yoel.
Meet Soft2Bet in the future
Soft2Bet is planning to attend more iGaming-related events in the future. The company will be exhibiting at stand SB36 during the SBC Summit Barcelona, September 19-21. Soft2Bet is also participating in SiGMA Malta from November 13-17. This will give industry peers a chance to get valuable insights into Soft2Bet’s gamified products and services.
