Trustly, in a move designed to strengthen its leadership in the commercial world and improve merchant experiences, has appointed Eileen Chibb Chief Operations Officer and Jussi Linberg Chief Revenue Officer. Both will play a pivotal role in the European management team and report directly to CEO Johan Tjarnberg.

Eileen Chibb, the new head of operations
Eileen will oversee the creation of a consolidated operation function at Trustly, focusing on elevating merchant experience. This newly unified domain includes the Financial Crime Prevention, Finance Operations, and Support Teams.

Eileen’s role as Chief Operation Officer at BROCC, which she held since 2016, was preceded by five years at Klarna where, among other things, she led the global operations of Klarna as Director, Business Operations. Eileen graduated from the University of Bonn in Germany.
Jussi Lindberg: Spearheading revenue streams
Jussi Lindberg, who will be leading the Commercial team with an emphasis on Enterprise Merchants, has been given the critical role of driving Trustly Europe’s growth and diversification.
Jussi Lindberg stated: “Having seen Trustly’s evolution from its conception in 2008 to the current leadership in real time payments, I am genuinely excited to be a part of this innovative power. The Trustly Azura Engine represents the pinnacle of user experience. “My ambition is to not only maintain our legacy, but also to elevate our offerings to ensure merchants around the world enjoy instantaneous transactions with reduced fees.”
Jussi brings more than 10 years of experience to Trustly. He played a pivotal role in Adyen becoming a global leader in payments, serving giants such as H&M and Uber as well as Netflix. Jussi was a valuable asset to PayPal and eBay before Adyen. Jussi graduated from the University of Malaga in Spain.
