MY.GAMES is a European video game developer and publisher based in Amsterdam. The company announced that Elena Grigorian, who previously held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at MY.GAMES has been named the new Chief Executive Officer. Vladimir Nikolsky has retired as the current CEO and co-founder of MY.GAMES. His responsibilities will be transferred to a successor.
“A year back, we closed a deal which changed the direction of the business and took it to new heights. MY.GAMES has not only met all its business goals in the first year following the deal but it has also expanded globally and continues to delight players with immersive gaming experiences. After completing all of the exit commitments I made a year earlier, I’m now handing the helm over to a new captain. Elena is the new CEO, and I am pleased to announce her. This follows the succession plan agreed upon with our shareholder at the time of the business restructuring. Vladimir Nikolsky said that Elena’s exceptional qualities include her international business experience, management skills, creative leadership, strong strategic vision and creativity.
Elena Grigorian was an integral part MY.GAMES from its beginning, initially serving as Chief Market Officer. Elena Grigorian is a marketing and strategic management expert with over 20 years of gaming experience, including 8 years at Disney’s Video Games Unit. MY.GAMES achieved many milestones under Elena’s leadership. She created a marketing department that was crucial in realizing the potential of over 70 games. This led to a 14-fold increase of effective marketing investments, and a 4-fold growth of the business. Elena oversees the strategy, investment, and marketing segments at MY.GAMES. She played a crucial role in developing positioning and communication strategies to promote gaming projects on key markets including Europe, Asia and the United States.

MY.GAMES has expanded its presence in the UAE, Serbia and Georgia over the last year, following a change of shareholders and reorganization. The company released exciting titles such as War Robots: Frontiers Early Access, Little Big Robots and HAWKED Open Beta, amongst other mobile games. Rush Royale and War Robots have seen significant growth in both revenue and installs. Rush Royale, for example, has over 63,000,000 installs, and $230,000,000 in revenue. War Robots, on the other hand, boasts over 250,000,000 registered players, and a lifetime gross revenue of more than $750,000,000 since its launch. MY.GAMES actively promotes the growth of gamedev communities in local markets and is a member of key industry associations such as The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment, TechIsland Cyprus and the Dutch Gaming Association.
