The World Series of Poker (r) announced the daily events for its 2023 tournament. It is the richest, most prestigious, and longest-running poker series. From May 30 through July 18, 2023, the 54th Annual WSOP will be returning to Las Vegas Strip at Horseshoe Las Vegas or Paris Las Vegas. It promises more variety, more tables and the largest number of bracelet events in its rich history.
The momentum from the 2022 WSOP continues with the 2023 tournament which saw 197.626 entrants representing more than 100 nations and a record $347.9M total prize pool. The event will have the largest capacity in series history, with 608 tables spread over more than 200,000 sqft of convention space. It also features 24/7 live cash game action, including a permanent World Series of Poker Hall of Fame(r), and the first ever $300 price point tournament in WSOP History.
The summer’s centerpiece will be the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em World Championship. Also known as “The Main Event(r),” it returns to July 3-17 after receiving 8,663 entries in 2022. This is the second-largest field of live poker.
“With the momentum created by the WSOP’s Las Vegas Strip debut last year, we expect a record breaking WSOP, World Championship at Paris, and Horseshoe Las Vegas for 2023,” stated Ty Stewart, SVP & executive director of the WSOP. This is the year to go to Vegas if the Main Event is on you bucket list.
After coming in just short of breaking the Main Event record for 2022, organizers put together a new series of promotions under “Main Event Mania”, to surpass the 2006 record.
600 Guaranteed Main Event Seats from GGPoker. GGPoker, the world’s largest poker room and exclusive WSOP satellite partnership, has increased its offer to 500 guaranteed Main Event tickets on GGPoker.com via international qualifiers. There are also 100 additional seats on ClubGG.net. GGPoker has added 600 seats, or $6,000,000 worth of prize pool. This is more than twice the number of official qualifiers for the 2022 series. Satellites online will start in March.
Main Events Mania at Casinos Worldwide 2023: The WSOP’s inaugural Global Qualification Weekend will take place on May 20-21 in live poker rooms across five continents. Poker rooms from around the world will offer guaranteed seats in satellite tournaments just before the WSOP begins in Las Vegas. Each poker room will offer a “step”, a tournament with a $140 buy in and culminating mega of $11,175 that awards a guaranteed seat and a travel stipend for Las Vegas.
Harrah’s Cherokee, Horseshoe Las Vegas and Horseshoe Tunica are some of the resorts that have already agreed to host Main Event Mania in the United States. Other hosts include Turning Stone Casinos, Hard Rock Tulsa (Elgin) and Horseshoe Council Bluffs. Four continents’ international partners have been confirmed to host “Main Event Mania”, including King’s Resort (Czech Republic), Club Pierre Charron Paris, France, Deerfoot Inn & Calgary (Canada), Enjoy Punta Del Este Resort and Casino, Uruguayay, and Casino Es Saadi Marrakech, Morocco.
WSOP.COM’s 12 Seat Sprint: Las Vegas is the place where the poker world descends, and WSOP.COM is the best place to get into the 2023 Main Event. WSOP Online will guarantee 112 Main Event tickets from June 25 through July 8. On Sunday, June 25, the sprint to the record begins with 10 guaranteed seats per day. The $250,000 centerpiece, the 25-Seat Scramble, will be held on Sunday, July 2. The efforts culminate with Saturday’s last-chance drawing for a seat in the Main Event. Additional “All-In” satellites will be available daily, starting June 25 and ending July 8, with no fees.
WSOP.COM Online bracelet events: The most popular WSOP.COM Online bracelet events are back. There will be three “Double Up” Bracelet Days on June 4, June 25 and July 9. Highlights of the schedule include the $500 Summer Saver and the $3,200 High Roller. The NLHE Online Championship is also included. The new events include a $300 Summer Kick Off and a $5.300 High Roller Championship Event. This will see the final table live in Las Vegas during WSOP Online’s Championship Week.
Main Event For Life: All entrants will be entered into a draw that gives a non-transferrable Main Event Buy-In for the next 30 Years. The drawing will use each player’s Caesars Rewards Number and will be held Saturday, July 8.
Horseshoe Las Vegas will host the WSOP for its first time since it was rebranded from Bally’s Las Vegas. This is a symbol of the series’ return back to its roots as the original Horseshoe hosted the first tournament in 1970. The resort has opened a WSOP Hall of Fame Poker Room, which will host a selection of WSOP tournaments this summer. It will also feature a WSOP Hall of Fame exhibit that pays tribute to the legends and the trophies of the game.
Daily Deep Stack tournaments are back, and they will be held every day between June 1 and July 17. Buy-ins range from $200 to $400. Daily Mega Satellites will also be held from May 31 through July 14, with buy-ins starting as low as $135 and reaching $25,000. As the buildings are connected, they share a garage. The WSOP main cage is again at Paris Las Vegas. While the final table TV set will be at Horseshoe Las Vegas.

WSOP’s Tournament of Champions moves to kickoff week: May 31,-June 2, – The $1,000,000 freeroll Tournament of Champions has returned, but it is now at the start of the schedule. The 2023 field will be limited to those winning a WSOP Circuit ring at a live event or during a WSOP.com/WSOP.ca/GGPoker.net online circuit from July 20, 2022 to May 22, 2023, as well as winners from WSOP Online 2022 (WSOP.com/WSOP.ca/GGPoker.net) and WSOP Europe 2022. The 2023 Tournament of Champions registration will open Tuesday, May 30, at 9:00 AM. 2023 bracelet winners will be eligible to play in the 2024 tournament.
$1,000 Buy In Mystery Millions: May 31,-June 5, – This fan-favorite has been around since 2022. The $1,000 Million Dollar Bounty is back as Mystery Millions, but this time with a guaranteed first prize and a guaranteed top bounty of $1,000,000. This tournament features a mystery bounty that players can draw for and a maximum of $1 million. Players who advance to the second day will be able to claim the bounty from players they knock out. Every player who knocks out someone else also receives an additional prize bounty.
$300 Buy In Gladiators Of Poker – This event is for everyone and offers a $3,000,000 guaranteed prizepool.
Operational Notes:
Online Registration: To avoid congestion and queues, WSOP encourages players use the online/mobile registration process for signing up for events. Players can register online and pay online. WSOP uses www.BravoPokerLive.com to manage online/mobile registrations. Online registrations require players to visit the Champagne Ballroom in the Le Centre Des Conventions, Paris Las Vegas, and have their identity validated. After being verified, players will be able to select the event they wish to attend online through Bravo. They can also use the self-service kiosks at the Horseshoe and Paris convention centers to print their seats cards and then go straight to their table. In May, registration will be open. WSOP will inform the public when it goes live.
In-person Registration: The Champagne Ballroom will host the main registration area. Additional stations will be added to the VIP and main registration areas. The hours of operation will begin Tuesday, May 30, at 9:00 a.m., and will continue non-stop until Tuesday, July 18. To enter events, guests must present valid photo identification and their Caesars Rewards card.
Caesars Rewards (CR),: This location will be located in the Champagne Ballroom, near the VIP and main registration cages. Players can use the space to get loyalty cards. Players can also reprint their cards at Caesars Rewards kiosks without visiting a CR representative.
Payments for WSOP Events are accepted in cash, credit/debit (Visa MasterCard, Discover, American Express), ACH and wire transfers. Cashier’s checks drawn from registrant’s bank account and made payable to Participant, Paris, Paris or Horseshoe gaming chip, Tournament Buy In Chips or Tournament Buy In Credit are acceptable forms of payment. All ACH/credit/debit cards transactions will incur additional fees. Participants who use credit/debit card transactions must present a valid ID matching the cardholder’s name on the credit card.
WSOP Tournament Account: Players have the option to wire funds or deposit money into their account at the event. After setting up an account at the WSOP Main Cage in the Champagne Ballroom, the player will have the option to register online or via mobile device (through www.BravoPokerLive.com) for WSOP tournaments with the funds used to initiate the account and simply print seat card(s) at one of the kiosks – avoiding the need to use the registration line to enter events.
Payouts – Players can collect their winnings from the WSOP Main Cage located in the Champagne Ballroom. You can choose to pay by wire transfer, cash, casino chips or check. Bravo Tournament Buy-In Account holders can send funds back to their account.

Satellites for WSOP Gold Bracelet Events have been launched on WSOP.com. They will continue to run throughout the event. GGPoker, who is the exclusive provider of satellite packages for the WSOP outside the U.S. has extended its partnership with the WSOP. More details will be revealed soon.
Deposits to WSOP.com can now be found just past the Payouts & Player Services, which used to be in the Champagne Ballroom.

Players must have valid government-issued photo identification that includes current residential address. They also need a secondary ID (such as a bill or statement confirming the address). A valid passport must be provided by players who are not citizens of the United States.
Schedule, events, times and locations are subject to change. No cash value is given to tournament chips. All winners will need to present a valid photo ID. For those who win more than $5,000 net of the event buy-in, tax forms will be completed. Foreign players and players without a Tax Identification number are subject to a maximum of 30% tax withholding.
