ASUS Republic of Gamers has launched the highly anticipated Season 10 of ROG Academy. This will nurture India’s best Counter Strike 2 (CS2) talents and provide them with a platform for success.
ROG Academy, India’s longest-running and first-of its-kind esports incubator, is designed to help aspiring professionals in esports succeed by providing them with the infrastructure, expertise, and resources they need to transform their passion into a successful career. The program includes a curriculum designed by industry experts, which covers areas such as communication, teamwork, and individual skills.
Registration for Season 10 is now open. Then, the short-listed candidates will go through tryouts that include expert interviews, in-game assessments and psychometric testing. Six selected players will be invited to join the ROG Team program. They will receive a monthly allowance, compensation for Internet bills, and high-end ROG equipment for remote practice.
The coach will focus on teamwork and competitive play, as well as game mechanics. On successful completion of the course, players will receive a Certificate and an ex-gratia of INR 100,000.
The ROG academy also hosts guest sessions that cover a wide range of topics. In previous seasons, these topics included sports psychology, public relations, and esports. In addition, tournament participation will give players competitive experience, increasing their exposure in the gaming world.

ASUS ROG Academy, since its launch in 2010, has trained 54 players over nine seasons. More than 15 of these players secured positions at top-tier organisations. The academy’s players participated in 21 tournaments last season, including Dust2 India- 1xBet Cup Open Qualifiers, Sky Championship India Qualifiers, and ESL Challenger Jonkoping- Asia qualifiers, with several quarterfinal or semifinal placings.
Talents like Gourav “Rayzer” Panwar and Anirudh “ChAmP” Aurange also secured placements with the prestigious team Victores Sumus, formerly 2EZ Gaming. The season included guest sessions with Dr. Michelle Pain, sports psychologist at Global Esports and Peter “casle”, coach of Gaimin Gladiators. Both shared their expertise in mental fitness, gameplay improvement, and communication.
