KGeN, a gaming community platform, and Riot Games partnered to launch LIFT//OFF. This is a data-driven, community-led online training academy that will help create the next generation of professional VALORANT Athletes. This program allows gamers to leave their mark on the world, either through their achievements in-game or by showcasing their skills on a global platform.
This program is a community driven program that selects gaming content creators from the VALORANT Community as ‘trainers,’ and seasoned competitive players as ‘creators.’ These seasoned gamers will lead this training academy. The program will select 20 creators out of a pool. These creators will form their own team from within their community. Each creator can either choose 5 players to form their team, or they can play with 4 other players. This will result in a total 60-80 players. A total of 20 trainers are also selected and assigned to each team led by a creator.
The first group of LIFT//OFF Trainers and Creators will be selected based on the gamer’s VALORANT performance in-game, which includes stats such as hours played, kill rates, headshot percentages, KDRs and their social standing within the community. This includes tournament wins, positive feedback and content creation skills.
The LIFT//OFF event will provide all participants with a unique opportunity to interact with the global esports scene. The top-performing teams can showcase their talents in official VALORANT competitions. Creators and trainers also receive official VALORANT merchandising, which highlights their role in shaping the program and their contribution to the growth and development of the Indian esports scene. The program will feature a mentor group that will engage and captivate a wide audience.
The program is designed to cultivate a new generation of esports stars, not just by improving the skills of recruits in esports. The program teaches more than just in-game strategy. It also covers the wider aspects of being an esports pro. KGeN uses data to mentor participants on every aspect of their social persona. This helps to improve the reputation of all players and ensure they are ready to be in the spotlight. The data-driven insights are used to customize tutorials and challenges that help each participant focus on specific areas of need.

Weekly and Daily Challenges Leaderboard (4 – 26 Nov) – During this time, players are able to take part in game challenges that test their knowledge. They can also earn rewards by climbing the leaderboard.

Finale (Nov. 30 – Dec. 3) – LIFT//OFF features a final tournament to evaluate the learnings by Recruits, and the effectiveness of Trainers.
