LVL Presents the Thunderpick World Championship CS2 Finals Live! Tickets will be available for purchase on October 1
LVL announced today, in partnership with GRID that it would host the 2024 Thunderpick World Championship Finals. The CS2 global professional tournament, with a $1 million prize pool (USD), along with LVL – one of Berlin’s premier gaming and esports venues – promises an electrifying LAN for Counter-Strike enthusiasts!

Tickets for the event will be available tomorrow, October 1.
Thunderpick World Champions 2024 Finals features an online GSL group stage which will be held from October 21 to 25, 2018.
The 16 teams, including:
- BLEED,
- Cloud9,
- Legacy,
- M80,
- Imperial,
- BESTIA,
- BIG,
- HEROIC,
- fnatic,
- Falcons,
- Virtus.

Each group will have four teams. The teams will compete in their respective groups for a place in the Playoffs. Only the two top teams from each group advance, while the other two are disqualified.
On Oct. 26, the eight winning teams will compete in a best-of-3 matchup in the Quarterfinals. The four teams that advance to the Semifinals, which will be played live on November 2 at LVL Berlin, are the four teams who have won.
The two losing teams will compete on Nov. 3 for third place. This will be followed by a best-of-5 Grand Final where the two winning team will then compete for first prize and the title.

The Thunderpick World Championship is in its second year. In 2023 the prize pool totaled $600,000. FaZe Clan was the Grand Final winner. In April, teams competed in six qualifying rounds in three global regions: Europe, North America, and South America.
