NAVI and Team Vitality are going to face off again on October 5 at 19:00 (EEST) in an epic Counter-Strike 2 match, organized by betting brand GG.BET. Match of LeGGends Double Down will feature unique showdown formats, as well as a special promo code for NAVITALITY.
This show match will pit the top two teams of the world against each other. In Match of LeGGends Double Down, Team Vitality will face NAVI who was the champion at IEM Cologne in 2024. They also won gold last year at PGL Major Copenhagen and ESL Pro League S20. The viewers can expect to see a thrilling battle between rival MVPs Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut, and Justinas “jL” Lekavicius.
The first match in the show will be played using the classic Standard format. Teams will play MR12 with the de_tuscan Map. The second random map is played in Arms Race Mode. Here, the main goal is to kill with different weapons and end the game by using a knife. The third randomly chosen map will be played using MR12 format and Hostage Rescue Mode: Counter Terrorists are tasked with rescuing the hostages while Terrorists try to stop them.
The show match will be organized by GG.BET. They are the official betting partners of Team Vitality and NAVI, two esports teams. GG.BET held the first Match of LeGGends on July 20, 2023. The match was viewed by over one million people.
