I was honored to represent our organization in Rome. The international recognition for “Markers of Risk” is very much appreciated. For their dedication and hard work, I want to thank Dr. Flora Felso, Dr. Judith Kas, and their team. This project’s report will be released later in the year. This is a great contribution to our mission, which says that consumers should be able to safely play. We take action to prevent misconduct .’
Anders Dorphspan ogsc=”rgb (14, 16, 26 )”>, Director at the Danish Gambling Authority said:
Our campaign, “The One-Armed Bandit”, targets young people to stop them from gambling. This is why we chose an unusual approach. Our character, for example, uses language that is not usually heard in public campaigns. We had to find unconventional ways to reach our audience and I’m very grateful that the IAGR jury appreciated our campaign.
“Preventing children and youth from gambling and harm gambling is a priority agenda for the Danish Gambling Authority, which is why I’m particularly proud of this award.”
These awards highlight the importance of innovation, collaboration and dedication to the global regulation of gaming.
