BetComply has extended the reach of its ComplyCheck tool in the UK and will be expanding to other new markets.
ComplyCheck was launched in early 2018 as a hybrid self-assessment/audit tool to assist license holders of the Netherlands with increasingly complex requirements.
It has been so successful, that partners have asked for it to be expanded to other regulated markets. BetComply responded by adding the UK. Ontario and Estonia will follow soon. ComplyCheck is planning to expand into many other jurisdictions, beginning with MGA and Curacao licenses in early 2025.
Mike de Graaff is the Chief Compliance Officer of BetComply. He said: “When ComplyCheck was launched, it was a new approach to simplifying licensing audits for operators. The service has been so well received in the Netherlands that we have decided to bring it to other countries, starting with the UK. ComplyCheck was designed to give operators greater clarity, while making the auditing process more efficient. “We couldn’t be happier to see our partners use the tool in these markets.”
ComplyCheck is powered by SG Certified and guides operators in two stages through the licensing process. The tool asks operators a series of simple questions that they can answer and support with evidence at their convenience.
The team of regulatory specialists at BetComply then analyses these responses and provides a detailed report that highlights any areas where the operator is not compliant.
