The Company reported a third quarter revenue totaling $161.2 millions, a net income of $5.2millions and an Adjusted EBITDA figure of $34.0millions. On November 5, the Board of Directors of the company authorized a recurring quarterly dividend of $0.25 for each share of outstanding common stock, payable on January 7, 2020 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2024.
Snoqualmie casino announced that it will be rebranded as Snoqualmie Hotel & Casino. This reflects a new exciting chapter in the history of the venue, which is embarking on an expansion. This project, which is expected to be completed in mid-2025 promises to enhance the guest experience and make Snoqualmie Hotel & Casino a premier destination of entertainment, relaxation, and culinary excellence. The expansion will include the construction of an upscale hotel that will provide guests with unmatched comfort and breathtaking views of Mount Si and the Snoqualmie Valley.
Galaxy Gaming Inc. is the world’s leading independent developer and distributor for casino table games, technology, and software. At a special stockholders’ meeting held on November 12, 2020 (the Special Meeting), Galaxy Gaming’s stockholders voted in favor of the acquisition of the Company by Evolution Malta Holding Limited, Evolution AB’s (publ) wholly-owned subsidiary. Galaxy Gaming will submit a Form 8K to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission containing the results of the special meeting.
Caesars Virginia announced its eagerly anticipated opening date of Thursday, December 12, 2024. The resort will be welcoming its first guests at noon. More details about the opening celebrations will be released at a future date. Caesars Virginia has a casino resort of 587,000 square feet with over 90,000 square meters of gaming area.

NGX entered into a partnership with Sportradar. Sportradar is a leader in sports integrity and collaborates with over 180 sports leagues and federations. The agreement is designed to provide detailed reports that will help ensure the integrity of sporting competitions and combat fraud.
EvenBet Gaming announced the launch its advanced poker solutions with JugaMax in partnership, one of Paraguay’s largest and most respected casino operators. EvenBet is making its debut on the Paraguayan iGaming Market with this strategic partnership, which solidifies the company’s growth in Latin America. This newly formed partnership allows the integration of EvenBet Gaming’s poker product on the JugaMax platform.
Jackpocket is the leading lottery app for the US. Barstool Sports and Jackpocket announced a new partnership naming Jackpocket the “Exclusive Digital Lottery partner of Barstool Sports”. Jackpocket parent company DraftKings announced a similar deal with Barstool in February 2024. The collaboration revolves around the integration Jackpocket’s content into Barstool. The lottery will feature some of Barstool’s most prominent personalities, including Dave Portnoy from Pardon My Take, Big Cat & PFT of Pardon My Take – the number one sports podcast in America – and Wallo & Gillie of Million Dollaz Worth Of Game.
