The McGregor family and Wind Creek Hospitality — owners of Birmingham Racecourse, Casino, and Victoryland Casino – announced an agreement in which Wind Creek will purchase the Birmingham Racecourse. The sale should be completed by the beginning of 2025.
Kaizen Gaming Colombia is the owner of Betano.co and has been granted permission by Coljuegos for online betting to be conducted in the country. The entity has approved 16 web platforms to sell online games of chance. The entity is in the process to authorise an additional operator, Bingo Casino. This operator is expected begin accepting bets within the next few weeks.
Gaming Laboratories International is the first laboratory in Brazil to be accredited. GLI can now perform testing and certifications for gambling and lottery operators interested in working in Maranhao. This milestone is just the latest in GLI’s string of achievements in Brazil.

Cisco announced that they had signed a Whole Portfolio Agreement. This agreement gives MGM Resorts the majority of Cisco software. The agreement covers cybersecurity, software-defined networking, software-defined-WAN, digital assurance, full stack observability and data center services. The agreement will last 5.5 years and benefit guests as well as employees at all MGM Resorts properties.
