Vibra Group has acquired TSA Technology, a Brazil-based company that is one of the group’s longest-standing development partners.
The purchase will strengthen the company, which has won numerous awards and accelerate its plans for growth with 55 specialists in platform development based in Northern Brazil.
TSA has been a long-time partner of Vibra Group, and TSA contributed significantly to Vibra’s technological growth. TSA operates under the ServiceNet name and has contracts with many Brazilian lotteries such as Loteria do Tocantins. Loteria do Maranhao. Loteria de Sergipe.
Vibra Solutions will benefit immediately from the integration of TSA’s expert teams. This will also consolidate Vibra Group’s structure in the LatAm area. The LatAm team is primarily focused on Electronic Gaming Machines, Remote Gaming Servers (RGS), Game Studios and Remote Gaming Servers. Brazil-based team specializing in Player Account Management and Sportsbook Solutions.
Vibra’s strategy is to provide a solution for every client, delivering a comprehensive solution in three key areas: a sportsbook and casino platform that offers multiple customization levels and flexibility; a content aggregation system including proprietary titles as well as third-party games from major brands; and an EGM platform which allows operators to distribute content and products through retail terminals and VLTs. Vibra Gaming is the group’s third business division. Vibra Solutions, and Vibra VLT/Retail are its other two.
