Quantum Gaming is a leading innovator of technology solutions in the iGaming sector. The company has announced Phillip Pistauer’s appointment as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). Phillip Pistauer joins the executive team, which also includes Oliver De Bono as CEO and Soteris Varnava as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This dynamic leadership team will help Quantum Gaming achieve its vision to redefine the iGaming industry.
Phillip Pistauer began his journey in iGaming in 2013 with a “trial-by-fire” experience launching a new brand on the EveryMatrix Platform. The early challenge he faced required him to quickly learn the intricacies and challenges of the industry, which sparked his interest. Phillip, realising the vast opportunities of iGaming in Malta, joined NetEnt at a time when it was expanding its commercial activities.
Phillip joined Singular in 2020, a Georgian company known for its platform technology. He was initially appointed as the Head of Account Management. After Singular was acquired by Flutter International, he became the Head of Platform.
Phillip was appointed Head of Product by Singular in March 2024 as part of its growth strategy. This further cemented his reputation as a leader who is forward-thinking in iGaming.
Oliver De Bono is the CEO of Quantum Gaming. He said that Phillip has a rare combination of operational expertise and vision to innovate. He has been at every level in this industry and it shows through the way he tackles challenges. “We’re excited to have him as we prepare for some major moves this year.”

Quantum Gaming will expand its leadership team with Phillip’s addition, as well as the addition of a new Head of Affiliation and QA, a Head for Finance, and a Head for Sales.
