The SYMPHONY omnichannel gaming system from Scientific Games will be used to power the retail and digital sales of Deutsche Klassenlotterie Berlin. This new seven-year agreement will enhance the lottery experience for consumers in Berlin, Germany. SYMPHONY was selected by DKLB in a competitive bid. Its open architecture is capable of supporting retail, mobile, and digital play, as well as future gaming entertainment channels. Scientific Games is a long-time technology partner of DKLB. Teams and partners of the company will be responsible for the conversion to SYMPHONY.
DKLB was the first German lottery to implement a SYMPHONY multi-tenant system. This system includes the SG PAM Player Account Management system that allows consumers to play games seamlessly across digital and retail channels. Platform integration with third-party applications and components allows for solution flexibility. DKLB will implement the pioneering solution in 2027 to launch a digital transformation across all of its operations.

The new SYMPHONY System will allow DKLB’s operation with a modern, modular system architecture. This will be used to power omnichannel sales of various lottery products including scratchcards and iLottery Games, as well popular draw-based games such as EUROJACKPOT, LOTTO, and KENO.
