kwiff is a super-charged betting site that has entered into an enhanced CRM partnership agreement. It was signed with omnichannel CDP experts Xtremepush.
In September 2022, a preliminary agreement was made with Xtremepush. This extension grants kwiff full access to the Omnichannel Customer Engagement and CDP Platform capabilities. kwiff’s platform, which is proprietary to the company, will be used for a deep integration that includes seamless synchronisation and a player experience enhancement.
The Xtremepush interface allows for a comprehensive overview of player behavior, which adds momentum and energy to kwiff’s goal of providing personalised, automated, responsive player communication. This interface works at both operational and marketing levels. It also elevates the player experience at all stages of their lives.
Kwiff’s engagement strategy and retention strategy involves communicating with players via personalised, real time messaging via SMS, email, push notifications, and a variety of other channels.
