GAMOMAT was recognized at the “Germany’s Best Employers 2023” competition held yesterday at Flora Cologne.
GAMOMAT was one of over 900 companies that participated in the survey. It achieved a remarkable 13th rank out of more than 900. This accomplishment demonstrates the company’s strong value-oriented corporate culture.
The “Germany’s Best Employers 2023” competition evaluation was independent and voluntary. GAMOMAT employees were anonymously surveyed. They were asked to rate important factors like leadership, trust and recognition, support, care, co-operation, team spirit, and identification with their company. The company’s management also provided information on their personnel as well as management procedures and measures.
