Booming Games is pleased to announce that Dorota Gruszka and Kaska Pysz, two iGaming specialists, have been hired as product owners and marketing managers by the fast-growing company.
Kaska is a product specialist and gamification specialist, with over 15 years experience in the gaming industry. Kaska began her career in land-based casinos, first as a dealer, then as a floor manager. She gained valuable insight into player behavior.
After completing a degree in marketing and management at the University of Cracow she shifted her focus to product development. She was able to combine her experience as a campaign manager with her passion for entertaining and engaging players when she created her first promotional tool. Kaska has been working for the last three years on gamification tools to enhance players’ experiences when they play their favorite games.
Kaska said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Booming Games and its incredible team of professionals who are passionate about making this the best slot provider in the industry.” I have already been involved with some amazing projects and have been able use my skills and experience in developing gamification tools for some of the game-changing features Booming Games currently has in the pipeline.

Dorota Gruszka began her iGaming journey seven years ago. She worked in many departments and gained experience both on the operator and provider sides. She discovered her true passion for marketing a few years ago and has spent a lot time and effort learning new skills.
Booming Games will have her as the Marketing Manager. She will also be responsible for developing and deploying marketing campaigns to increase awareness about the studio and its slots in operators around the globe. This includes brand strategy, media partnerships, promotional programs, and management of the studio’s social media presence.
